Exploring Consciousness, Being, and Becoming
Reflections on consciousness, coherence, meaning, relationships, systems, and the deeper patterns that shape how we live, grow, and come to know ourselves and the world.

A new conceptual paper exploring psycho-thermodynamics as a functional framework for understanding load, rhythm, phase, and coherence in human systems.

The Coherent Mind grew from a simple but persistent intuition: that many of the most important aspects of human experience cannot be fully understood if mind is treated only as brain activity. I wanted a language for coherence, embodiment, resonance, and the wider fields that shape how we live and change.

The first wave of books will bring together three strands of the wider body of work: the Foundational Series, the Life Skills Series, and the Frontier Series. These are the opening titles, with release details to follow over the coming weeks.

Coherence is more than order, calm, or control. It is alignment within complexity: the living integration of patterns, rhythms, and relationships that allows systems, people, and environments to function with greater clarity, resilience, and harmony.

A Way of Coherent Power is now available to purchase as a Kindle ebook on Amazon.
This new book explores martial discipline, embodied awareness, restraint, responsibility, and power governed by coherence — not as domination or force, but as presence, timing, self-command, and ethical strength under pressure.

I have published a new concept note, Field-Based Psychology: Registers of Inquiry in Consciousness Studies. It explores a problem I believe sits quietly underneath many debates about mind and consciousness: different kinds of claim are too often treated as though they were the same.

There is often tension between who we are now and who we sense we are becoming. The task is not to reject one in favour of the other, but to hold both honestly enough for growth to take place without fragmentation.

Becoming is often mistaken for self-reinvention. In reality, it is more often a process of uncovering, refining, and inhabiting what is already present beneath the noise, pressure, and performance.

Coherence is often mistaken for flawlessness or control. In practice, it is something more humane and more alive: rhythm, return, and the capacity to come back into alignment without demanding perfection from ourselves.

Coherence can be understood in at least two complementary ways: as field and as system. One lens helps us feel coherence in presence, embodiment, and relationship; the other helps us understand how coherence forms, breaks down, and reorganises through energy, entropy, and rhythm.

Auditism began with the simple logic of an audit: taking stock honestly. Over time, that logic became a reflective practice for examining one’s own life, thoughts, feelings, actions, and responsibilities — and from there, the wider fields we inhabit.

Order, control, and coherence are often treated as if they mean the same thing. They do not. One can be imposed, one can become rigid, and one is alive: coherence is not domination or tidiness, but dynamic alignment within complexity.

When life becomes noisy, coherence is rarely restored through force. It is more often recovered through small, steady acts of attention, breath, grounding, and honest return.

I have begun releasing music publicly as part of the wider body of work behind this website. The first release, Coherence Is Not Perfection, It Is Rhythm, is now live, with more music to follow over time.

This site is intended to be more than a static website. It is a growing home for books, blog writing, talks, workshops, and shared exploration — a place for sharing knowledge, cultivating wisdom, and helping ideas become more usable, human, and alive over time.
