The Coherent Mind grew from a simple but persistent intuition: that many of the most important aspects of human experience cannot be fully understood if mind is treated only as brain activity. I wanted a language for coherence, embodiment, resonance, and the wider fields that shape how we live and change.
Coherence can be understood in at least two complementary ways: as field and as system. One lens helps us feel coherence in presence, embodiment, and relationship; the other helps us understand how coherence forms, breaks down, and reorganises through energy, entropy, and rhythm.
Auditism began with the simple logic of an audit: taking stock honestly. Over time, that logic became a reflective practice for examining one’s own life, thoughts, feelings, actions, and responsibilities — and from there, the wider fields we inhabit.
Information theory, thermodynamics, Quaker silence, and Taoist wu wei all converge on the same structural insight: in a channel of finite capacity, every unit of noise directly reduces the space for signal to be heard at all.
